Chair Justin Green moved adoption of the budget; Commissioner Adam Johnson seconded the motion and the board approved the budget by unanimous voice vote. Herrera said quarterly report data will be submitted to DFA per statutory timelines and that ending cash balances in the 4th quarter report will serve as FY27 beginning balances.
