Borough Manager Cindy Wells reported that seven applications were received for the 2024–2025 Renaissance Grant program, requesting a combined $23,600 to support projects with a total project cost of $60,606. Wells said there is currently $90,547.35 in Renaissance Grant funding available and recommended approval of all seven applications to support property improvements aimed at fighting blight.
Councilor Steadman moved and Councilor Osborn seconded a motion to approve the recommended Renaissance Grant applications totaling $23,600 for the 2024/2025 grant period; the motion carried unanimously.
