Council confirms reappointments to zoning hearing board and planning commission

"He's a long tenured member of CLA and has given back to his community for a very long time," Capello said.
The mayor also announced the reappointment of Chris Fenstermacher to the City of Lebanon Planning Commission for a four‑year term effective July 22, 2026, and Rafael Veil Castillo to the Planning Commission for a four‑year term effective July 26, 2026. Council members offered brief remarks of appreciation for the public service these appointees provide.
