Residents raise community-garden and school-drainage concerns; city announces Goblin Walk and closures

Separately, Finance Officer Brandy Skonhovd announced community logistics: the Goblin Walk will be held Oct. 30 from 4–6 p.m., with a carnival and supper from 5–7 p.m. at the Viborg Community Center. She also confirmed that the city and library will be closed Nov. 11 for Veterans Day.
