The Lodi Area EMS Commission postponed consideration of a proposed Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) after members raised concerns that the Town of Lodi's edits were not reflected in the version under review. Committee member Kevin Kessler presented three documents that included edits from the Town of West Point’s attorney, and discussion identified an outstanding January 23, 2026 email with Lodi’s suggested changes.
“Kevin made a new motion to postpone the IGA,” President John Ungrodt said during the meeting; Vicki Ingalls seconded the motion. The commission voted 4-0 to postpone further action, with commissioners saying they wanted the Town of Lodi’s edits incorporated before moving forward. The postponement preserves time to reconcile attorney edits from participating municipalities before a future vote.
