Council authorizes KPFF consulting scope to support boat ramp grant and permitting
Summary

Recorder Christine Wolfe told the Council that the City Park boat ramp second-phase work is ongoing and that KPFF Consulting has offered assistance with the next Oregon State Marine Board (OSMB) grant cycle and environmental permitting. Wolfe said the Scope and Fee for KPFF's services would be paid from park revenue.
Councilor Miles moved to authorize City staff to accept the KPFF Scope of Services and Fee for assistance with the OSMB grant; Councilor Tom Troutman seconded the motion, which passed 7-0. The authorization permits staff to proceed with consultant-supported environmental permitting and grant application work for the boat ramp project.
Recorder Wolfe said KPFF "have graciously offered to help us apply for the next round of Marine Board grant assistance grants, to support environmental permitting." Staff indicated the consultant fee would be covered by park revenue and that further scope details would be provided to the Council as work proceeds.
