Council President Joe Giardelli moved to approve the consent items and Council member Mike Richard seconded; roll call votes from Council members Edith Hemmert, Joe Giardelli, Jordon Hurd and Mike Richard were recorded as aye and the motion passed.
The consent package also included HECO Engineers Task Order #1-26 (FY 2025/2026 contract amendment) and Task Order #26-01, a Mapping/GIS project. The approvals allow staff to proceed under the existing engineering contract; no separate discussion or amendment to the task orders was recorded in the minutes.
