Bristow Municipal Authority rescinds prior approval of KBC Construction Change Order No. 3 and tables reconsideration

Trustee Randy Witty moved to rescind the earlier motion and Trustee Judd Johns seconded. The roll call vote to rescind was recorded as: Church Aye; Fletcher Aye; Green Aye; Groom Aye; Johns Aye; Peters Aye; Witty Aye. The minutes state the original contract amount was $8,315,150.00 and then list additions and new totals; however the transcript contains two slightly different figures for the change order. One line records adding $131,585.08 (new amount $8,743,168.30) while another line records adding $131,585.07 (new amount $8,743,168.27). The minutes do not resolve the discrepancy.
Immediately after rescinding the prior approval, Trustee Judd Johns moved and Trustee Brian Peters seconded to table agenda item #7 (Consideration, discussion, and possible action regarding Change Order No. 3 for KBC Construction, Inc.). The motion to table passed by roll call (all Aye). The item will return to a future agenda for further consideration.
The minutes do not record additional discussion, public comment, or an explanation for the rescission or for the numeric discrepancy in the listed change-order amounts.
