On Oct. 7 the Bristow City Council accepted four responses to a Request for Qualifications for professional consulting engineering services for water system design. The submissions listed in the minutes are Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC), Envirotech Engineering, SRB (Smith Roberts Baldischwilder, LLC.) and Crafton Tull.
Councilmember Judd Johns moved, and Councilmember Brian Peters seconded, to accept all four RFQ submissions and place the matter on the Nov. 4, 2024 meeting agenda so councilors could review the RFQs more closely. The motion passed on roll call; the minutes do not record further evaluation details or scoring criteria.
