Trustee Randy Witty moved approval of the consent agenda item carrying the transfer; Trustee Judd Johns seconded. The roll call vote recorded Trustees Joe Church, Jeryn Fletcher, Heather Green, Frank Groom, Judd Johns, Jeff Roberts and Randy Witty as voting "Aye," and the motion passed.
The transfer was described in the consent agenda as a budgeted item to cover the semi-annual interest payment for the OWRB WWTP loan. The special meeting convened at 7:00 P.M. and, after completing agenda business, the Authority adjourned.
