Selectboard approves job description, personnel policy revisions and warrants; records equipment purchases

The board approved AP 26‑53A for $10.50 (petty cash) and AP 27‑01 for $23,102.68 (including $1,542.94 to United Construction & Forestry and $380 to Patterson Lawn Care) and approved payroll warrants PR 26‑51 $8,890.49, PR 26‑52 $9,200.79 and PR 26‑53 $7,929.40.
Trish Waugh reported end‑of‑FY equipment purchases made to secure vendor rebates and availability: a welder and spool for $3,989.42 (manufacturer rebate applied) and an air compressor purchased for $4,809.62 including a three‑year protection plan. The board also noted the negotiated purchase price of $9,999.70 for a Tapco 12" Evolution FM radar sign and mobile traffic trailer that is awaiting trailer delivery.
