Spaulding moved "to accept this report and to be dated 02/09/2026" as the document to accompany the mailings; Brent Bammarito seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Zoning Administrator William Goodwin agreed to prepare and submit all required mailings and notifications, and the commission noted that the Vermont Journal must be notified this week for the hearing to appear in next week's paper. The commission directed staff to complete mailings and public notice in advance of the March 9 hearing.
