Members also updated multiple cross‑references and definitions (examples: expanding "CULTURAL FACILITY" to explicitly include museums and libraries; defining "MAJOR SUBDIVISION" and "MINOR SUBDIVISION").
Commissioners said the edits were intended to clarify vocabulary and cross‑references throughout the draft. The motion adopted on Feb. 9 records the commission's acceptance of the written edits; the commission will present the revised draft at a public hearing in March as part of the review process.
