Commission approves minutes, adjourns; STR and housing committees report next steps

Twitchell seconded and the motion "was carried unanimously." Later, Pamela J. Spaulding moved to adjourn, Brent seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 6:43 P.M.
Commissioners also reported committee activity. Brent said he forwarded his thoughts to the Short‑Term Rental (STR) Working Group regarding the appeals process; Patty reported that Andy will document the process. Pam noted a Housing Committee special meeting is set for March 2 at 4:00 P.M. to review a bylaws proposal.
