Londonderry Planning Commission elects new chair and vice chair
Summary
At its June 8 meeting the commission unanimously elected Trevor Powers as chair and Stephen L. Twitichell as vice chair; Chad Stoddard volunteered as the commission's STR representative. Motions carried with unanimous consent.
Trevor Powers, who had called the meeting to order as vice chair, volunteered to step into the chair role and was elected by unanimous motion after Stephen L. Twitichell moved to elect him and Pamela J. Spaulding seconded. The commission then elected Stephen L. Twitichell as vice chair on a motion by Chad Stoddard and a second from Pamela J. Spaulding.
Chad Stoddard also volunteered to serve as one of the Planning Commission's short-term rental (STR) representatives; the commission recorded the volunteer and the vote outcomes for the evening as unanimous. Members reiterated that residents' concerns should be submitted in writing and emailed to the commission for formal consideration.
