At William Goodwin’s request the commission addressed specific text amendments to Draft 7. The report date will be updated to 04/27/2026 and the commission agreed to add language to 1303 (non-conforming lots) specifying an exception 'unless the DRB approves access to a maintained public or private road by at least 35 feet lot frontage, or a permanent easement or right-or-way at least 35 feet in width.'
The commission also approved minor technical edits: add the words 'and Unloading' to 3104 Loading Areas and note that the Development Review Board (DRB) may require surface improvements on Page 122, section c. Pam Spaulding confirmed she had read the accompanying report. These are recorded as technical amendments to be included in the amended draft.
