Londonderry Planning Commission elects officers, approves 2026 rules pending edits

At the special meeting on March 31 the Planning Commission filled leadership posts for the coming year and adopted procedural rules with minor corrections to be made. Pamela J. Spaulding nominated Brent Bammarito for Chair; Trevor seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Trevor Powers was nominated and elected Vice-Chair, and Pamela Spaulding was nominated and elected Clerk.
The commission also reviewed and accepted the 2026 Rules of Procedure with corrections to typographical and posting-related items noted by Trevor. Brent moved to accept the Rules of Procedure contingent on corrections; Trevor seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Separately, Pam moved and the commission approved removing 'Check ZOOM sign-in' from future agendas. The commission set regular meetings for the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Office, 100 Old School Street, South Londonderry.
