At the April 13 public hearing, Zoning Administrator William Goodwin summarized key substantive edits in Draft 7. He said the height exemption for tree houses was removed and that the existing WCRC flood bylaws in the draft were replaced with State Flood Bylaws.
Maryann Morris of the Housing Commission raised a question about R1 on page 69 and noted that multi-family housing had been "X'ed" out in an earlier draft but that change had been reversed; the commission decided to continue to allow multi-family housing in R1. The commission recorded these substantive edits for inclusion in the amended draft to be transmitted to the Selectboard.
