During the public-comment portion of the Prairie Grove special meeting July 27, Kristen Pollock identified herself as a candidate for circuit judge and announced she has an endorsement from fellow candidate Seth Creed.
"I'm Kristen Pollock. I'm running for circuit judge," Pollock said, noting that Mr. Creed has endorsed and is supporting her campaign. Pollock described her legal background—she said she has been a trial lawyer since 1999 and has handled jury trials and bench work—and invited residents to meet with her ahead of the November runoff, which coincides with the general election.
After Pollock’s remarks the mayor asked if there were any other public commenters; when none volunteered the mayor closed public comment and the meeting proceeded to the single business item on the agenda.
