Council proceeded to a motion on the resolution. "Move approval resolution," the mayor said; the motion was recorded as being made by Doug, a second was recorded, and the council approved the resolution by voice vote after the mayor called for all in favor. No roll-call vote was recorded and individual member votes were not read into the record.
The council’s action was presented as a scheduling and procurement decision tied to the city’s plan to submit a grant application in October. The meeting contained no other business items after the vote, and the mayor moved to adjourn.
