Rogue River Community Center says grant helped feed more than 100 people on Thanksgiving

Community Center representative Barb Gregory told the council the center received a grant that made it possible, in partnership with Kiwanis and Tailholt Hope, to feed more than 100 people on Thanksgiving free to all. She reported increasing attendance at weekly bingo and noted upcoming community events including a craft fair and a dinner on Dec. 20.
Gregory also reported that Cheryl (a staff or volunteer) is on medical leave and provided dates for the community center's December activities. The council did not take formal action on this report; it was presented as a routine committee/representative update.
