The Rogue River City Council unanimously approved the minutes of its Sept. 26, 2024 meeting and took three routine scheduling and record actions on Oct. 24.
Councilor Barb Hilty moved, and Councilor Barb Gregory seconded, to approve the Sept. 26 minutes. The motion passed with “all ayes, none opposed,” the official record states. Later the council voted unanimously to move the Nov. 28 meeting to Nov. 21 and the Dec. 26 meeting to Dec. 19 because of holiday conflicts. The council also approved the Tree City minutes from Oct. 10, 2024 by unanimous vote.
The votes were recorded in the meeting minutes as unanimous; five members voted (Mayor Pam VanArsdale and Councilors Barb Hilty, Barb Gregory, Sherrie Moss and Sharie Davis), and one councilor, Grace Howell, was excused. No dissenting votes or abstentions were recorded. The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
Next scheduled workshop: Thursday, Nov. 7 at 10:00 a.m.
