D. Carpenter, the district treasurer, reported the district had $79,317.21 in its checking account and said the "books [are] balanced" with most taxes received and no further income expected except ambulance billing. The report was moved by J. Lewis, seconded by B. Harp, and approved by the board.
The approval of the treasurer's report was the sole formal action recorded for the item; the board deferred approval of the December minutes to the February meeting and noted the minutes still need to be posted publicly. The board set its next meeting for February 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
