The city’s new camera van was purchased with assistance from a $4,000 grant from the city’s insurance provider (CIS). Regarding Lake Lytle, Mertz said the city plans Phase 1 restrooms connected to city sewer and water (bidding expected this month with construction this fall and anticipated completion by August), will solicit consultant proposals to evaluate milfoil and other invasive species, and will present in‑water concepts from the Oregon Marine Board for public feedback this summer.
