Two formal resolutions were approved by the Rocky Point Fire & E.M.S. board by consent at the Feb. 9 meeting. Vice President Pat O’Shay moved a signature-card resolution (20262) to change banking relationships from Pacific Crest to Sage Credit Union; Treasurer David Carpenter seconded and the motion passed by consent.
Treasurer David Carpenter also reported on a resolution about burn regulations (2026-1). Pat O’Shay moved that resolution, Sandy Handsaker seconded, and it passed by consent. The minutes record both items as passed without roll-call votes; no dissent or abstentions were noted.
