Committee members discussed options including adding bike racks as part of facade grants, marking safe temporary bike routes on side streets, and using targeted data gathered from a moveable traffic-speed sign to plan future calming measures. The committee did not adopt a separate amendment; staff requested direction and said they would implement bike infrastructure if given a clear plan and council guidance.
