The Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs approved the minutes from its April and August 2024 meetings during the Dec. 6 conference-call session. Vice Chair Dr. Bernal C. Baca moved to approve both sets of minutes; Commissioner Jessica Hernandez seconded, and the minutes were approved unanimously.
Later in the meeting Commissioner Jessica Hernandez moved to approve the Commission's 2025 meeting calendar. Dr. Bernal C. Baca seconded and the Commission again voted unanimously to adopt the calendar. The meeting record lists the meeting time as 10:00–11:00 a.m., with the Dec. 6 session called to order at 10:01 a.m. and adjourned at 10:51 a.m.
