The Wessington Springs City Council approved the special session agenda as posted on Nov. 4, 2025. Council member Cheri Maxwell moved to approve the agenda and Shawn Tobin seconded; the minutes record the vote as Ayes: 5, Nays: 0 and the motion carried.
The council then announced that no conflicts of interest were declared for the session. After addressing the single substantive agenda item (a discussion of the 2nd Street chip seal), Pat Fastnacht moved to adjourn; Kari Fagerhaug seconded. The transcript records the adjournment motion and closing of the meeting but does not provide a roll-call tally for the adjournment.
