The Commission voted to continue the enforcement order to July 16, 2026, and to require the property owner to submit monthly photos and a statement detailing completed work until the Buffer Zone has been cleared. The motion carried 4-0-0.
The Commission tasked staff to reach out to the property owner to notify them of the documentation requirement and next meeting date.
