The Commission reviewed an emergency certification for 284 Brewer Branch Road that had been issued to allow installation and repair of drainage to address a mold problem that was causing illness in the home. The Board of Health had previously issued an emergency certificate; the Conservation Commission conducted a site visit before issuing its own certification.
Diana Bartlett, the property owner, and contractor Brian Mandeville attended and acknowledged they had not completed work on the original schedule and had not yet submitted required photographs. Both accepted responsibility and Bartlett said she would submit photos to the Commission. Agent Mary Summers reminded those present that any work in wetlands requires a permit from the Conservation Commission before work begins.
No formal motion or vote was recorded on the matter at this meeting.
