Gila Bend council adopts updated noise ordinance; town attorney says enforcement will involve MCSO and Paloma Security

Town Attorney Allen Quist said he had incorporated the council's feedback and that "the Town will work with both agencies" on enforcement.
The ordinance declares related code amendments a public record, provides for severability, and includes penalties; the council approved the measure by voice vote with five ayes and two absentees.
