Public works activities include mowing, low‑limb trimming, pothole repairs and restoring Ring cameras after recent events at city hall. He said the city is loaning battery‑operated weed trimmers to residents at no charge; residents may reserve the units through City Hall. On public outreach, Edwards promoted the city's "What's Happening" web page as a source of official information, saying, "If you want the truth go to the source."
The minutes also record that restroom misuse (people bathing in restrooms and leaving a mess) has complicated maintenance of city facilities and that staff will continue routine cleanup and monitoring.
