Seneca council amends sewer and transfer-station rates; "lodging facility" removed pending definition

The council decided to remove "Lodging Facilities" from the resolution for later research and approved the corrected resolution unanimously.
Mayor Combs then read Resolution 03-17 setting dumping rates for the transfer station; the council again agreed that "Lodging Facility" should be removed from that resolution and approved it as presented. Walker also reminded the council that rates for the Industrial Park remain to be researched.
