Mayor Brad Smith called the Seneca City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. and introduced Resolution 01-20, which City Manager Raamin Burrell described as a budget amendment to the 2019–20 Sewer Fund to cover payment to Hueckman Contracting for work on the Shirttail Creek Subdivision sewer project. Burrell said the resolution pulls funds from the Contingency line item into Capital Outlay - Improvements, the appropriate budget line for the project.
Councilor Barb Northington moved to approve Resolution 01-20 and Councilor Sue Holliday seconded; the council voted "all in favor" and the motion passed. The council recorded no separate roll-call tallies in the minutes. The resolution directs staff to make the payment from the adjusted Sewer Fund appropriation; no dollar amount was specified in the meeting minutes.
