The Noble Board of Education voted on March 9 to determine maturities and set a date, time and place for sale of $5,900,000 in General Obligation Building Bonds. The motion to approve the maturities and sale scheduling passed, with Mr. William Broom moving and Mr. James Reed seconding the measure.
In addition, the Board approved separate resolutions to call and hold a special election within the school district to authorize issuance of general obligation bonds; that motion was moved by Mr. James Reed and seconded by Mrs. Wendy Barnes. Ron Fisher of Stephen H. McDonald & Associates, Inc. presented Items III.B and III.C to the Board during the agenda sequence. The minutes record unanimous 5–0 votes for both actions. The minutes do not specify the proposed election date or the final bond sale date beyond noting that the Board set date, time and place as part of the resolution.
