The board approved extracurricular travel and activities: a National Archery trip to Louisville, Ky., a junior high girls basketball summer team camp, and a high school boys summer basketball league. The Q4 Capacity Report was approved. The board also approved an Interlocal Agreement with the Grady County Board of Commissioners for the 2026-27 school year and vendor contracts for SEES/OKTLE/McREL and SchoolInsight/Common Goal System; it approved a facility-use agreement with Oklahoma Schools Insurance Group. The board voted to enter executive session under OKLA. STAT. TIT. 25, 307(B)(1) to discuss personnel matters and conduct an evaluation of the superintendent; after returning to open session the board approved hiring of the individuals listed on Exhibit A. Under new business the board approved fencing at the ball field and adjusting the entry gate; the meeting was then adjourned.
