Don outlined the project timeline: construction started in June; the cafeteria and lobby were completed to allow school opening; remaining admin-area work is scheduled to finish by December and the TK additions are targeted for early next summer. Trustees asked about noise management at back‑to‑school and commended the contractor for being mindful of construction hours.
