Noble Board approves consent agenda including CTE contract and activity fund manual

The Board of Education of Independent School District No. 40 of Cleveland County approved the consent agenda at its Aug. 11, 2025 meeting in Noble. The consent package included the July 14, 2025 minutes, general fund encumbrances (GF #368–443) totaling $178,062.62 and building fund encumbrances (BF #82–92) totaling $45,358.70, along with listed change orders.
The package also included the district ctivity Fund Manual for 2025–26 and a contract with the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for secondary career and technology education programs for the 2025–26 school year. The Board adopted a resolution to transcript math, science, and technology classes taught at Mid‑America Technology Center for 2025–26 and approved unspecified policy revisions. Mrs. Wendy Barnes moved to approve the consent agenda and Mr. Randy Sheppard seconded; the motion passed 5–0 (Barnes, Broom, Lukinbill, Reed, Sheppard).
Board members did not record additional public discussion during the consent vote in the minutes. The approved items will be reflected in the district records and posted with the minutes from the Aug. 11 meeting.
