The Franklin McKinley School District board adopted Resolution 2025‑45, a formal Williams Act finding that instructional materials for the 2025–26 school year are sufficient.
"A formal resolution of sufficiency of materials is required by the Williams Act, so we are presenting it to you this evening," said Dr. Trujillo as he introduced the item. A board member moved the resolution, another seconded, and the motion passed by voice vote.
The Williams Act requires districts to make a public finding about instructional materials; the resolution was recorded on the agenda as item 6.01 and approved during the meeting.
