South Shore tables building permit and variance for Huffman to gather more information

T. Huffman presented a building permit and a variance application that had been published and for which neighbors had been notified; no letters of opposition were recorded. Some attendees raised concerns about the condition of the structure being moved in. The board voted to table the item until the next meeting to allow more information to be gathered from the applicant.
The motion to table came from J. Dolen and was seconded by S. Johanson. The board did not take additional action on the permit or variance at this meeting; the item is scheduled to return for further consideration after staff follow-up.
