The board recorded the approval as a motion in the official minutes and instructed staff to process the abatement paperwork.
The approval authorizes demolition under the town’s abatement procedures and clears the applicant to proceed with removal and site cleanup subject to required follow-up. The town did not record additional financial assistance for the work in the minutes.
