Committee clears shed installation at 197 White Rock Road

Owner-applicant Anthony Cataldo told the Old Kings Highway Committee the proposed Reeds Ferry shed will be located to the side of his house and will not be under the nearby power line easement. "Where we want to put the shed is not underneath the easement," Cataldo said after members raised easement concerns.
Committee members reviewed sample colors and roof choices and confirmed the shed's door placement and basic configuration. With no public objections and confirmation that utility-easement approvals (if required) are separate from the committee's appropriateness review, the committee voted to approve application 26-A-088.
