A resident identifying himself as Mark at the gas station said Shaniko Ranch had placed trash in his trailer and that the ranch should be contacted to provide its own receptacle; he also offered to match donations raised by other residents. Councilors acknowledged the comments and the recorder said she had sent eight letters to delinquent accounts that could yield about $2,000 if paid promptly.
