Treasurer reports flu-clinic date, Halloween festival vendor count and cybersecurity notice

The Treasurer will attend continuing education on FOIA requests.
The Treasurer also reported that two Homeland Security grant applications are in process (one for license-plate readers and another for Michigan Avenue Park updates). The town received notice from the West Virginia Public Service Commission that a cybersecurity evaluation is required for water, wastewater and billing systems; scheduling for that evaluation is in progress and staff noted a time crunch due to the late notification.
