At a May 7, 2026 special meeting in Pulaski, the Town Board of Richland recorded motions (each moved by Councilwoman Sue Haynes and seconded by Supervisor Robert North) to enter executive session for interviews, to exit executive session, and to adjourn. The minutes record that on each motion the roll call showed all present voting "AYE." Present members recorded were Supervisor Robert North, Councilwoman Donna Gilson and Councilwoman Sue Haynes; Councilmen Larry Atkinson and Eric Pappa were listed as absent.
The executive session was entered at 9:31 a.m. and the board reconvened at 11:00 a.m.; adjournment followed at 11:04 a.m. The minutes make clear the executive session was used to interview two candidates for the Water Clerk position and that no appointment was announced at the meeting. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
