Staff told the court the Revise offering includes a free redesign at year five and has local support in Conroe. The court made a motion to approve the recommended vendor contingent on purchasing review.
Commissioners asked for backup documentation and confirmation of vendor registration and contracting details. Purchasing staff flagged that any award will be contingent on standard purchasing‑office review; legal and procurement checks were described as a condition of final contract approval.
The court also discussed changing the county’s primary website and email domains to walkercountytx.gov and walkercountytx.com and asked IT staff to coordinate transition timing and URL policy. The motion to approve Revise was made contingent on purchasing review and an amount not to exceed the current budgeted annual figure; specific contract execution will follow required procurement steps.
