Legal counsel and the superintendent explained the administrative requirement for bringing each amendment forward as a separate agenda item.
Trustees moved and approved each of the amendments individually (items 9.05–9.07). The record shows the board considered the amendments procedurally and approved them by voice vote under the stated agenda items. The superintendent thanked the affected administrators for accepting the amendment.
The amendments implement the furlough days as part of the 2025–26 compensation arrangements for those contracted administrators; staff will update payroll and contract records accordingly.
