Adrian introduced himself and provided an update on Eugene Fuels LLC. He said the Eugene City Commission previously denied the company's permit and that the firm has reapplied for a smaller installation at a site about "a mile and 0.5" from the original location. "Eugene City Commission, denied the permit for this...the same company...has now applied for a new...about a mile and 0.5 away from the original site," Adrian said.
Adrian described outreach to legal and regional partners and noted that public‑health standards under consideration at the state level may shape enforcement and permitting; he called for continued neighbor coordination and said the group is tracking proposed standards and upcoming state council action.
