Vegetation removal underway on NWRA 33; engineer to re-inspect disputed tree

(ESF) contract for cleanup on NWRA 33 by Rolling Hills Loop; the minutes state the contract was executed and that vegetation removal is underway. The District Engineer, Kurt Heath, will inspect the area and coordinate any necessary repairs.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan raised an earlier report of a partially dead oak behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop. Mr. Heath's initial inspection concluded the oak is on another resident's property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive and not near CDD-owned easements; he said he will re-inspect the area. Board discussion also covered trees in dry retention areas and the condition of ponds related to maintenance plans.
Separately, Mr. Adams recalled that spatterdock reductions for lakes 33 and 36 are scheduled for May under the lake management contract; Premiere will be reminded. The Board recorded follow-up tasks for inspections and coordination with ESF.
