The Heritage Pines Community Development District on April 15 adopted Resolution 2025-05 to approve an updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement.
District Manager Chuck Adams explained that the Agreement had been previously approved and is being presented to reflect updates; he noted that the district "is more likely to be the recipient of aid from other governmental entities than a provider of aid." The Board voted unanimously to adopt the resolution on a motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Carol Vaughan.
The updated agreement governs intergovernmental mutual-aid relationships; the minutes do not record any changes to specific operational protocols or examples of anticipated mutual-aid scenarios.
